我上次購買三支USB KEY 其中一支無法讀取，另兩支使用正常

請問我是否直接寄回更換還是有其他解決方式

站長再寄出USB KEY之前 都有經過測試

想請問 更詳細的情況

1.插入電腦後 ,USB 是否有亮燈?

2.如有亮燈,在有插入平板的情況下 ,軟體是否為試用?

3.是否有作轉移授權至平板動作?

老闆我測試後發現在桌機(總共測試三台不同桌機)不行，插上筆電就可以使用全部都有連上網路~~~~無法確定問題在哪

usb插入桌機有亮綠燈(閃爍) 插入筆電亮綠燈(恆亮)

在桌機上使用一直顯示試用 筆電上使用試用字樣消失(正式版)

沒有做過轉移 謝謝老闆
