目前有兩段式作業操作上問題

因為我店裡前方煎台下料會將螢幕點選掉他已下好料的餐點,煎台要下的料全點完後.會變成該筆訂單全部出餐就直接從備料畫面消失,導致第二關包漢堡跟三明治的會變成沒有辦法確認他哪一項尚未製作,請問是否有好辦法讓前方煎台的下完料點完後.繼續整張訂單還留下,讓第二關包漢堡的點選第二遍讓他可以清楚知道那些漢堡還沒有製作完成
