  可否告知您採用的電腦等級?

 

2.副螢幕會咖字

 

  第二螢幕的字數 跟您採用的螢幕解析度有關

   

   1280 X 800 可容納 7 字

 

 

 

   1024 X 768 可容納 5字

 

 

 

 

如果您採用解析度較小的螢幕 

建議您縮短餐點的字數

這台在規格上是沒有問題的

目前也有用戶採用ET2011ET此款電腦

但沒有接到卡住類似當機的問題反映

 

想請教下面幾個問題 已釐清問題所在

 

1.卡住

  在哪個操作動作會發生卡住?

  卡住後 程式能否繼續進行? 

 

2.當機

  是否有錯誤訊息?如果有 可否提供訊息文字或畫面?

     

 

3.建議移除防毒軟體 (如果有安裝)

  節省電腦運算資源

提供資訊實在太少 無從判斷原因

可以的話 能否提供當機畫面(拍照)?

 建議您先開機按F9 還原電腦系統 看看當機情形有無改善

我發現卡住問題是只要點後面一點的單就會有機會不能關閉或點單開不起來,但是點回前面單結單完就不會不能點或卡住了,我不知道別人有沒有碰到這問題,我想大家都不可能乖乖的先點先結單吧！！！如果這個問題是沒辦法解決的那我很難去花錢購買,尤其在忙亂時期後面的客人要先結單就會卡住的話是會很混亂的,可以說是嚴重bug,完全不是硬體的問題

站長無法重現你所說的情況  也許是硬體周邊或其他程式干擾

1.如果沒有錢櫃 錢櫃設定請設"不使用錢櫃"

2.關閉或移除其他非windows內建的常駐程式

站長觀察到您所寄的兩張照片,

不能觸控的兩張單 ,皆在螢幕的右上方偏下的區塊位置 ,且無看到滑鼠指標，

(正常情況下 觸控一下應該會把鼠標從第二螢幕叫回)

有可能是您螢幕觸控板的那一小區塊故障損壞，

 

 

您之前所敘述的"結帳畫面後按關閉會沒反應" 也解釋的通了

因為關閉按鈕 ,常會落在那個區塊

 

您可測試將其他程式拉到那個位置(譬如小算盤)

 ，看是否能正常觸控 

 

進一步釐清是否是您的觸控螢幕區塊故障?
