Question

請問收銀台按了結帳也出不來是為什麼呢？
收銀台是用RJ11連在出單機後方，出單機連結com1
先用軟體設定收銀台連結在出單機後方
但按結帳都無法出來

之後有用ezPos試試看是否為硬體問題
將收銀台設定在com1 可以順利跳出來
該怎麼辦呢？

如果可以印出的話 

請在先用中->設定->印表設定

錢櫃連接->設成與印單機連接

將印單機一設成COM1 應可正確印出並彈出錢箱

 

如果一直無法成功 請告知 

1."印單機連接電腦" 是靠USB或是RS232?

2.如果是USB,控制台->印表機 可否找到該出單機?

3.印單機型號?
